1 in 4 Men Suffer From Low Testosterone

According to the latest data, as many as 1 in 4 men currently suffer from low testosterone levels. Low testosterone is a condition which robs men of their drive, virility, manliness and overall sexual health.

Fortunately there are many simple and effective methods to get your testosterone levels back to normal.

Symptoms of Low Testosterone

It is a fact as we age, our testosterone levels decrease naturally. It’s a biological processed often referred to as “male menopause” or even Andropause.

  5. Are you falling asleep after dinner?
  6. Have you noticed a decreased “enjoyment of life”?
  7. Do you have a decrease in strength and/or endurance?
  8. Has there been a recent deterioration in your work performance?
  9. Have you noticed a recent deterioration in your ability to play sports?
  10. Have you lost height?

Individuals who answer “yes” to at least three of the questions are suspected to suffer from low testosterone levels.

If you believe you are experiencing the symptoms associated with low testosterone, it is advices to seek your primary care physician for their professional opinion.


How to Maintain High Testosterone Levels:

For those who concerned about their low testosterone levels, there are a number of common therapies available for men.
